To rent a villa, first of all, choose the most suitable villa for you and your family from our wide range of villas in terms of its location, equipment and location. While making this choice, you can choose the villas where you want to vacation from the "REGIONS" tab or the most suitable villa type for you and your family from our wide range of villas from the "VILLAS" tab.

After you find the villa you are looking for, you need to select the date range you want to vacation on from the villa page and send a reservation request. Our customer representatives will contact you for reservation confirmation at the latest 15 minutes after the reservation registration.

How is it paid?

After choosing the most suitable villa for you among www.myvillacity.com's wide range of villas and making a reservation, our customer representatives will contact you. 30% of the rental price of the villa you rented will be requested from you as a deposit, either by bank transfer or by credit card from the payment link I will send you. You must pay the rest of the rental fee in cash upon arrival at the villa.

What is included in the rental fee?

Rental fee includes electricity, water, wifi, cable TV during the rental period. During the rental, you do not pay any additional fees other than the rental fee you pay to our company.

Why is a no damage deposit required?

No damage deposit is determined by the landlords for possible damage to the items in the villa offered to your service. It will be refunded on the day of departure if no damage has occurred at the end of your holiday.

How many days can I rent minimum?

The minimum rental depends on the condition of the villa and the time you rent it. Generally, it is 3-4 days in the months when the density is low, and 7 days in the peak months such as July-August.
